The Executive Administrative Assistant will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by self and the center colleagues by putting all customers (internal and external) and supporting the company’s
mission, vision statements. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the supervisor for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
• Reads publications, regulations, and directives and takes action or refers those that are important to supervisor and staff
• Makes notes on commitments made by supervisor or staff during meetings and arranges for implementation or staff follow up
• Prepares special or one-time reports, summaries or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources
• Reads and routes incoming mail
• Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by supervisor
• Composes letters and memoranda from verbal direction, dictation, or from knowledge of company policies and procedures using a PC software package
• Assists in some administrative details, usually of a confidential nature
• Composes and types routine correspondence
• Files correspondence and other records
• Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate person and places outgoing calls
• Schedules appointments for supervisor
• Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person
• Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter
• May arrange travel schedule and reservations
• May compile and type statistical reports
• May coach and instruct the work of assistants or support staff

Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
Major: Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
Education Details:
• Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or professional certification in office management or executive assistant training preferred

Job-Related Experience
Customarily has at least the following experience: 4 years
• Customarily four to six years of demonstrated experience (preferably in healthcare setting as an executive assistant or senior level administrative assistant)
