- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in human resources, or related field
- In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of experience and vice versa
Job-Related Experience
- 5-7 years of applicable Benefits experience with a working knowledge of the benefits strategy, management and administration.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of Oracle HRMS, or a related software package, is highly desirable, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in building a new benefits function, preferred
- Ability to handle issues involving sensitivity, confidentiality, and legal exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
- Ability to identify outside consulting needs and present financial and business case metrics.
- Must possess a high-level of technical and problem-solving skills to complement a strong leadership and management skill set.
